Mr. Fry has owned Next Step Sober Living, LLC in San Diego, CA since 1997 and coordinates, maintains and oversees sober living homes throughout San Diego and San Bernardino Counties. Mr. Fry has several contracts with probation, various treatment facilities and other County agencies by providing safe and sober living housing for individuals in recovery.

Mr. Fry has worked in various treatment environments such as St. Vincent de Paul as a residential case manager, Short-Term Residential Treatment (C.R.A.S.H) as a residential crisis case manager with daily oversite of 50+ residential clients, logging daily activities, dispensing books, medications and performing intakes. Mr. Fry additionally served as a residential treatment volunteer at the Chicano Federation, Inc. for several years.

Mr. Fry attended San Diego City College with an emphasis Political Science and Sawyer Collage of Law as a Paralegal Intern where he received a certificate with daily tasks such as interviewing and assessing clients’ legal needs. Mr. Fry is fluent in Spanish/English and served as an interpreter for attorney/clients developing contracts, leases, agreements and filing court documents.

Ms. Richardson has been working in the behavioral health and addictions field for 26+ years in various treatment modalities including non-profit organizations and private-pay clinics, residential and outpatient, MEDICAL, and medical-assisted treatment programs. Ms. Richardson has been fortunate to obtain immeasurable experience working with criminal justice agencies such as probation, parole, public defender’s office (as an expert witness in State and Federal cases) juvenile dependency court and family law. Additionally, Ms. Richardson has worked with various treatment populations including women and children, pre and post sentencing, criminal justice, probation and parolees, men and veterans. Ms. Richardson has 25+ years in upper management and has embraced long-term positions such as Program Manager, Clinic Director, Clinical Supervisor and Executive Director of outpatient and residential programs. Ms. Richardson has created as many as five+ of the programs she was overseeing with licensing certifications, implementation and day-to-day operations. Mr. Liebman is an accomplished Retired United States Army Veteran where he served for 22-years. Mr. Liebman has an extensive background as an operations manager and specialized in training leadership. Mr. Liebman has a vast array of knowledge in human resource administration, program performance and compliance, policy implementation, and developing standard operating procedures. Mr. Liebman has maintained, audited and provided confidentiality of personnel records for over 700 individuals annually and conducted monthly performance reviews of assigned personnel. Mr. Liebman completed his Associates of Arts degree in Professional Golf Management, in 2017 and has worked extensively in the Golfing community teaching Human Resources Management and Marketing at the college he graduated from.

Ms. Delcoure is an Administrative Specialist at Amethyst Behavioral Health, LLC. Prior to employment at Amethyst Behavioral Health, LLC she worked for 11 years at Fallbrook Union High School as a Paraprofessional. This is  where Ms. Delcoure’s  knowledge in individual behavior plans/modifications, clerical skills, and strategy development excelled.  Ms. Delcoure  is currently working on her Bachelor’s Degree in Human Development at Cal State San Marcos in San
Diego, CA.
